The free version of SmartMoviq does not require an account.

SmartMoviq Pro
If you purchase SmartMoviq Pro, limited information is required to manage your subscription, including:
- Email address
- License information
- Subscription status
- Purchase confirmation
- Basic device activation information used to validate your license
We never receive or store your credit card or banking information.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, which handles payment information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
3. Video Processing
SmartMoviq performs features such as:
- AI transcription
- Silence detection
- Clip extraction
- Speaker detection
- Auto captions
- Auto reframing
- Translation
- Video exporting
These operations are performed locally on your computer whenever available.
Your media files are not transmitted to SmartMoviq servers.
4. AI Models
Some SmartMoviq features require downloadable AI models.
During first use, SmartMoviq may download speech recognition or translation models from trusted public repositories.
These downloads:
- occur only when needed
- download software models only
- do not upload your files
- do not transmit your videos
- allow future processing to work offline
